Al Malabari was founded by a group of close friends from Kerala, especially the Malabar region, a place celebrated for its rich hospitality and mouthwatering cuisine.
We have always been passionate about food, especially biryani, the kind our moms lovingly made back home.
After moving to the UK, we missed more than just the flavours; we missed the comfort, the warmth, and the love that came with every home-cooked meal.
We knew there were many like us, longing for that same feeling.
So we started Al Malabari, not just to serve food, but to recreate the love, care, and authenticity of a meal made by mom.
